  Connect a new waste line

  We first contacted the company for a drainage survey when we were buying our house, and the service was excellent from the start. Once we’d moved in, we needed additional work to connect a new waste line, and they were just as reliable and professional the second time around. As complete beginners when it came to septic tanks, Will was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how our system works and what to look out for. Our most recent job wasn’t straightforward, but Will made sure we got the outcome we needed. Really helpful, trustworthy, and easy to work with. 100% recommend

  Drain blockage clearance

  I contacted Avery as my yard drain was clogged and I was having issues with my toilet. They were luckily completing a job nearby and were round in 20 minutes, completing the job quickly and efficiently. The guys were friendly and professional and quoted me a very reasonable cost (less than half of another company). I would very highly recommend Avery and not hesitate to use them again in the future.

  Collapsed drain in the rear of a property needed repair

  Will was amazing and his communication is Excellent. He spoke to me in plain English and didn’t presume I’d know anything about his world. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within 48 hours of the original call. He is knowledgeable and highly professional. Couldn’t recommend enough and would defiantly not hesitate to give him a call again. I wish all trades contacts was as easy as will and the team.
