  Arrived exactly as they said they would, had a chat aboutn the issue and a look where it was then got immediately to work, sorted in less than an hour and cleaned up after themselves. Cost of the job was agreed prior to work start and didn't change during / after

  Very professional company, excavation showed more work was required than initially anticipated but they accommodated the change in scope and provided a revised quote. Lots of photos to keep me informed of the work they undertook. Happy with the quality of the work and finish

  Correcting alignment of waste pipe into drain.

  Will replied promptly to our request for a drainage company. He communicated really well with us about the job. He examined the drain with a camera and he has rectified the downpipe misalignment. There remains a deeper problem with a probable crack in the drain itself. Will has explained the problem clearly and what the next step may have to be.
