Jack came to the house to review what was needed. He turned up on time and was very personable listening to what we wanted and offering solutions. He promised to send a quote within a few days which he did. A date was agreed to complete the work and Jack turned up on time. We discussed what was he would be doing and left him to it. We had to leave him by himself as we had grandchildren staying with us. We felt very confident that he would work without us being there. The work was completed in the day to a very high standard and we were very pleased with Jack and his work. Highly recommend.
