My friend recommended Avaza. We done new loft in our property for quite affordable price. Ali and His team are strong with quality of works and time managements. As we requested more additional works with our external parts (brick repairs and rebuilding patio and porch). It's was great job and we are highly recommend this company for any one who planing to do renovation works.

Extremely professional from start to Finish. Communication was fantastic, Ali and his team were on point at every stage which made me feel very comfortable. I had quite a lot of questions, having never had any professional refurb done before, myself. The team were very patient with me and I never felt rushed. They worked around a short notice period for the works (apologies again!). We scheduled planning, a start date and and end date with some contingency built in, but thankfully all works were finished on schedule. This experience was on par with my work in IT datacentres (my day job)
