Paul and his team did a great job. We had rain water pouring from the gutters despite having the gutters cleared out. Paul knew promptly what the problem was as my house is identical to other houses he had done with the same problem in the same area. I think it presented a few problems along the way but nothing they couldn't handle. Thanks so much. I would not hesitate to use Avalon again.

We had a leak on our flat roof, called up Avalon who came round , found the issue. As we are looking to have a complete new flat garage roof , a temporary fix was made. Very prompt and courteous service.

Paul and his team were amazing! On our initial meeting we talked through replacing our large garage flat roof and what we were hoping to achieve and drew follow up diagrams of what he had in mind. Once agreed and on site he regularly checked in and gave updates and photos. He went above and beyond during the work making sure that it was carried out to a very high level and that it would make sense for future developments. His attention to detail was fantastic matching existing brickwork, ensuring sun pipes could be in particular locations and overall was a great experience! Highly recommend!

I needed to have parts of the roof on our 100yr old home repaired recently but it had to happen while my family and I were away. Paul carried out the repairs and went above and beyond, fixing new problems he uncovered whilst doing the job. He, completely unprompted, sent regular videos to me via whatsapp explaining what he'd found and how he was remedying the situation. I felt completely confident in his work and came home to find the roof in a much better state and the various leaks fixed.... just in time for the recent downpours. I couldn't rate Paul more highly.

Really happy with the work Avalon completed. The chimney had leaked through the attic into 2 of my bedrooms. Avalon repaired the chimney and checked everything to make sure the problem was solved. Great price, respectful workers, extremely thorough and professional, would highly recommend
