The work on our extension and garage conversion was completed to a really high standard throughout. During the build Tim and Pete talked us through anything we weren't sure about and gave advice and options about how certain aspects could be done. They were conscientious about getting things finished well. Almost a year on (because I kept forgetting to leave this review) and we are still so pleased with all their work.

Very impressed and an excellent finished product. They were very reliable, tidy and approachable and the craftsmanship was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable, happy to answer my many questions! Everything was finished to a high standard, and many improvements were suggested to my original plans. As we progressed they were always checking in with me to make sure my requirements were met, and details confirmed prior to beginning the next phase of work. Right from the quoting stage it was clear that they were not just another builder, I contacted 5 companies for quotes and of the 3 which visited, Avalon were the only ones who spent more than 5 minutes with me! Overall a great company to work with.

Pete and Tim are very knowlegeable and hardworking people, even in the cold. Always willing to do extra bits and give advice when required.

All work carried out to a high standard keeping us well informed of what was going on as the work progressed making sure we were happy throughout the different stages we had the whole of the downstairs living space transformed into open plan living in an old Victorian house which is no easy task both Tim and Pete made it look easy every question we had regarding doing up the house or advice we needed was answered in detail and we had a few!!! Full of knowledge and great advice it can't have been easy with myself changing my mind so much with different ideas nothing was to much trouble for them.

Pete and Tim build a rear dining room extension, lowered a curb, relaid a patio and repaired a garage roof. The work was completed to a high standard and completed in two and half months, which was their original estimate.
