Autumn Home Improvements replaced our windows including two Bay Windows. From first contact the process was simple. Survey was completed at our convenience, windows arrived earlier than expected and fitted swiftly. Clean and tidy during the works. Very happy with the end result. Would definitely use again.

We have been regular customers of this family firm for many years. We have found them reliable, considerate and that they provide a quality service. This job was to replace a bathroom window and repair a roof edge both of which were completed within a day.

Found Ryan through the window company and met him first time when he came to take measurements. From that instance I could see he was thorough and took the time to form a plan as we were replacing windows in the entire house. Since we were still in the house as the work was happening, really felt happy that we were able to get along with Ryan and his team. He told us the plan for the next day and was meticulous in completing the work and cleaning up after. Ryan and his team changed over some doors for us. They did a fantastic job. All areas were left clean and tidy the doors look wonderful. We will be using Ryan again very soon.

Ryan turned up on time every day and gets on with the job his work is of high quality and the finish was excellent . Ryan will go the extra mile to get a good job done and at the end of the job ever thing was left tidy and all rubbish removed from site.
