Great communication throughout the whole process. Fitted me in at short notice to fix my car. Repair was carried out professionally, Simon took time to explain the whole process of the repair. Very good price for the repair. I would recommend and use Auto Repairs Basingstoke Ltd again.

Simon was very helpful in diagnosing that a wheel bearing needed replacing, and did the work quickly and efficiently, keeping me updated. As he's a mobile mechanic it saved me having to take it in to a garage and it's a relief to have it fixed so quickly.

All through I was made aware of what needed done. Communication was great both on checkatrade, phone and texts. He actually came to pick up the car, explained what needed done. When the car had to spend an extra day, he communicated that to me too and brought the car back in the time frame he promised. Cheaper than I expected, and I would definitely recommend him. Excellent service, along with excellent communication. Very fast response and excellent customer service, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic, he collected my car from where I broke down and delivered it back to my home address after the work was completed.

Booking in was really easy, very fast response and could be done the next day. Came to the house, explained clearly what was required and why and had previously given me a quote. Really friendly, reliable chap. Highly recommend and will use again.
