fast efficient , friendly , job done while i waited, other garages said couldnt do it

Very honest, good communication, and took time to explain everything to me. They sought to find the most economical way to fix my car, and did so efficiently.

I noticed the gears not staying in gear in my car. Worryingly I suspected the gear box and looked for a local mechanic via Checkatrade. AutomechaneRics were the only people to reply and in good time and suggested I brought the car round to see what the problem was. Ric immediately knew it needed a new clutch and agreed to let me leave the car and he would aim to get it fixed as soon as he could fit it in. Stacey on reception drove me back.In three days I got my car back despite Ric having other jobs to do. Can't thank Ric, Stacey and the team highly enough for their kindness and expertise! 5*

Bespoke issue with Mini clutch. Ric and his team went above and beyond to help me understand and solve the issue in under a week! Other garages could not fit me in until early May. Ric was transparent with the price and quoted £500 cheaper than other garages. On collection, Ric and his team were welcoming, charismatic and kind. Will be returning in the future for MOT.

Had 2 cars in this garage for MOT this year. Friendly, fast and reasonable. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend to a friend.
