    Great experience with Keith and his team. From collecting the vehicle he repaired my Audi Etron on 2 days and returned the vehicle in immaculate condition. His pricing was very competitive and the service was first class throughout. I will definitely use again.

    Purchased a second hand vehicle

    Keith was very helpful, not just in person, but on the phone also. I live around 150 miles from where I purchased the car and he agreed a very fair part exchange figure before I left home to buy the replacement car. He helped with the paperwork and the car I bought is in excellent condition for the year and mileage. Very satisfied

    Worst Car Purchase of my life - Dealer accepted return but won't give me my money back

    I was beyond thrilled to buy a new car from this company, but that excitement quickly turned into a nightmare. Just 5 days in, the clutch gave out, and two more issues cropped up. The dealer agreed to look at the clutch but refused to address the other problems. Frustrated, I used my statutory right to request a full refund. Here's where it gets worse: the dealer took the car back, immediately relisted it on Autotrader for more than I paid, and STILL refuses to refund me. He’s blatantly ignoring his legal obligations even after accepting the return of the car.
