  Creating a new opening for a lounge door and blocking up existing one

  Luke was very polite, honest and hardworking. Completed the job in the stated time frame. His quotation was very reasonable but actually the final invoice came through cheaper and that was adding in additional costs eg new door and ironmongery. I would definitely recommend Luke and contact him again for future work.

  Build a shed base at short notice and put up a Pent Shed

  Austin Build quoted promptly and clearly from my request, came in laid the base making sure site was undated and clean and a few days later returned to build the shed. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.

  House Renovation

  We were very happy, and would highly recommend Austin Build for the works carried out at our property. Luke and the team renovated a large part of the downstairs of the house, including a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, plastering and decorating. The work was carried out to a very high standard, which we were over the moon with. Luke had great communication throughout, and also came up with some new ideas that worked very well. All in all a great service, and very professional.

  Earthworks and Garage Repurposing

  Luke and his team performed a complete rebuild of my garage from installing a new concrete base to tanking and waterproofing. They also put in a new concrete base for a new shed whilst on-site. A super friendly and amenable team to have around. Highly recommended.
