I am extremely happy with the service and new barber chair! Victoria has been amazing, she communicated well and updated me throughout the process. I had my barber chair striped and upholstered with new genuine leather. This company has done a great job and my chair looks brand new, even better quality with the new leather than before faux leather. The job was completed within the specified time and I am really pleased with the overall service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and planning on using again for other jobs. Victoria offered excellent advice and really knows her stuff. She immediately understood what we were looking for and her suggestions were sympathetic and inspirational. I wanted my two 150yr old leather footstools re-covered, they had sentimental value and belonged to my Great Great grandfather. I contacted Aurora because they provide a bespoke service. Victoria was amazing, she totally understood the sentimental importance of the job and explained the options to me, either to make two completely new ones to the same specification or use the original horse/wool filling that over the years had been packed tightly and kept their shape and simply re-cover with new leather. The result has been better than I imagined and the craftsmanship is exceptional.
