Luca arrived as quickly He has the necessary dogged determination to find the most unusual fault, prove it was the fault and only then offer a resolution. Had a socket fail in our kitchen so asked Atwood to come out to investigate, they were able to come out within 24 hours of enquiring which was amazing, and then were able to identify and replace the socket very quickly.
