  Loft conversion with two bedrooms and shower room

  Sean and his team did a brilliant job on our loft conversion. Reliable and completed the job in 12 weeks as promised. Only disruption was when the stairs went in but that was only for a couple of days which we were well informed about. Left the site tidy and had no worries about them being on my property if I was not at home.

  Lift conversion.

  From start to finish Sean & the crew at Attic to Asset where exemplary. Easy to contact, easy to work with. Listened to our aspirations & advised with empathy to what can be achieved. Stated with the loft conversion & quickly expanded to a bathroom refit, stairs adjustment, hall landing & downstairs loo reconfigured. Not to forget the number of smaller projects we asked AtoA to do. All done to our satisfaction & joy, & with a smile from each of the crew. Very professional, empathetic to our needs & just so good at what they do. We can whole heartedly recommend Attic to Asset.

  Roof and ceiling repair

  Sean investigated a long and ongoing leak In our roof which had caused extensive damage to the landing and bathroom ceiling. From the minute he arrived he identified the cause which other roofers had failed to notice! He advised us how he would fix it and the costs involved. He kept us updated throughout and project managed all the necessary work from start to finish. All the work was completed to a high standard and all his workers were friendly, reliable and hard working. I have full confidence in his work.

  Wall knock through and chimney breast taken out.

  Sean was good to communicate prior to the build. He made a mistake measuring the beam but rectified this at no extra cost to us, thank you. In hindsight we should have spoken about managing the dust more prior to starting work, we knew it was going to be dusty but I think there could have been potential to manage this a bit better by the builders. Overall happy with the job. Thanks.
