Great communication right from my initial enquiry. Mark arrived on time, fitted the loft ladder and then explained to me what he had done and how to operate it. Price as per quote. Would highly recommend.

Replacement of dodgy push up loft hatch catch and repair of broken hinge. A new safer "twist and turn" lock was fitted. Work was carried out professionally and very efficiently. No hesitation in recommending.

Found Attic Rooms Ltd through the website. Did not have any referral. From the outset Mark was responsive and helpful (we wanted to replace a ladder and sort out loft insulation). Mark attended v promptly and supplied his quote. A time schedule for the work was agreed. Mark and his team then delivered exactly on the days agreed and at the budget agreed. The company was very careful to move material into and out from the property so as not to leave mess or damage. The work Attic Rooms Ltd did is exemplary. Mark was very quick to respond to my initial query after our loft hatch was broken and suffered some minor damage. He was able to come out and check the work needed to remedy it on the same day I first called him about it. After agreeing to go ahead with the works, Mark returned on the scheduled day to carry out the loft hatch replacement and carried out the replacement very quickly and efficiently. He was very responsive and professional from the outset and I would happily use his services again if I needed to.
