I was very pleased with the quality of work and overall approach. Communication was great. The guys were punctual, friendly and respectful. They worked hard with minimal disruption, did a great job, got it done on time (actually a bit ahead of what we were expecting) and tidied up everything when they were done. I'd have them back in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone.

We were recommended Alex to resolve our damp issues, we had his quote and another. Both comparable money wise, but I was happier with Alex's approach, his quote seemed more thorough and detailed. Upon instruction Alex had good availability, advised us what was required from us, turned up on time, and completed the works within the timescale, him and Matt were polite, friendly and professional. Their attention to detail was notable. All the works were completed to a very high standard, and washed/vacuumed down on departure. The French drain integrated seamlessly to the existing driveway.

Alex and Matt were fantastic from start to finish. Alex got back to me quickly and always kept me updated throughout the works; the installation of Helifix bars. Very friendly and lovely to deal with and they cleaned up each day which was much appreciated. So happy with the job itself, great finish. Highly recommend.
