  Adi was very responsive and professional. He came back to me quickly with quotes and dates to do the job and managed to complete the job even when unforeseen challenges came up during the works. The team arrived on time. Works took slightly longer than anticipated due to unforeseen challenges, but he did his best to adapt and finish the job as quickly as he could and only ended up being a few additional hours, so overall I was still able to meet my deadline.
