We found A.T.Locksmiths Limited very friendly, responsive, helpful and reasonably priced. Their communication is excellent via WhatsApp, and their explanation of what is required is very helpful. Their invoice is detailed, so you know the price of each element, every part, labour and VAT, which is really useful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Quick and clear communication. Work carried out as soon as the part was delivered and good friendly service. Archie also carried out additional work on site that was requested and appreciated.

Arrived same day and sorted locks when said would for the price agreed. Also helped resolve window hinge issue whilst here. Really good communication.

I broke front door key off in lock. Called Archie who gave me a time window. Arrived when he said very friendly. Explained our options and quickly solved the problem. Price seemed reasonable and a very good job done. Would happily use again and recommend.
