I wanted to share my experience with the recent installation of a Damp Proof Course and Whole House Ventilation System. This was the second time I have used Atlas for a DPC survey and to complete any necessary works. The report was detailed and Brandon was always available to provide his professional advice and expertise from the initial instruction through to completion of the works. Dylan completed the work to a high standard and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Our property survey identified damp issues needing further investigation. I found Atlas on the PCA website, checked their great reviews on Checkatrade, and got in touch. The team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions before booking the survey. The surveyor explained their findings clearly and provided a detailed report. The quote was reasonable, and the technician who completed the work was friendly, tidy, and thorough. From start to finish, Atlas has been excellent—I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Very professional service. Brandon did a comprehensive assessment of our property. He did a second site inspection. Was polite and ran through all work to be completed. I booked the date for works and the receptionist was helpful. Pete and colleagues then came to do a second inspection a few days before the start of work. Honest and clear with works. Ground floor: Damp proof course in front of property. First floor: front and rear walls membraned and plastered. Cellar: reinforced damp timber at front of property and treated the wood. Great finish, no complains. Left tidy and respected my home.

Working with Atlas has been a pleasure from the start. After doing a very thorough survey, Brandon let us know we needed some of our floor joists replacing as our floors had started to sink a bit. The work was completed by Pete and his colleague (so sorry I didn’t catch his name!) and was done to a very high standard and quicker than we had thought. They were super friendly and always open to answering any questions we had, taking the time to explain what they were doing and why (as was Brandon when we were arranging the work). Would highly recommend working with them!
