William was very prompt and honest on his assessment of the issue with our roof. Showed clear pictures before he started work and provides pictures of the finished work. Would be happy to use Williams service to do more work in future. I checked the cost before accepting and felt he offered a reasonable price.

We found William to be very personable and professional. From the first point of contact he quickly popped over and provided a quote. Within 24 hrs we had the scaffolding up and the problem being worked on. We were very impressed with his communication, work ethics, speed and the price was reasonable given all these very positive attributes. Would not hesitate to use in the future (although hope to not have to!) and would certainly recommend.
