  Full roof replacement

  We recently had our entire roof replaced and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, Steve and team were extremely professional and efficient. The installation crew arrived on time each day, worked diligently, and maintained a clean and organized worksite. They completed the project within the promised timeframe, and their attention to detail was outstanding. We had a great and communication throughout the process, addressing any questions and sharing the daily progress. I highly recommend Sargeant Roofing, they did a really great job!!   Steven did a great job replacing the roof on my maisonette. Great communication from beginning to end, and a great job done on time and on budget. Steven is passionate about his trade and it was a great experience all round. Would highly recommend.

  Installing Dry Ridge System & Adding Ventilation to Loft Space

  The main thing I will say, is that Steve is a great communicator, which sets this firm apart from others. Steve & Bradley were punctual, polite and very pleasant to deal with. Steve and Bradley were quick to answer any questions I had, and explain things in full. Steve and Bradley have put so much effort into seeing that our loft condensation issues were resolved. The team had no problem coming back a few times to try different approaches, sticking with the job, until the best resolution was found. I would not hesitate to recommend Sargeant Roofing

  We had a new pitched roof and flat roof replacement

  Steve was an excellent communicator and his team were friendly and very hardworking. They really enjoyed their work! We were kept informed about progress every day with plenty of photos and even a video - Steve also liaised with other companies such as the scaffolders and solar experts, who arrived to remove our panels and came after the roof was finished to put them back. The job was completed on time and all rubbish was cleared away. The whole team was unfailingly courteous and a pleasure to have around.

  Remove chimney and replace ridge tiles

  We decided to have our chimney removed as it was in a state of bad repair and was no longer in use. Communication was excellent and the work was carried out quickly. The team of three were very tidy and did an excellent job.
