I had a bathroom extractor fan installed, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was excellent. The guy arrived exactly when he said he would, was super professional, and took the time to explain what he’d be doing and why. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such clear, communication. He worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure the fan was perfectly fitted and running smoothly before he left. What really stood out was his pride in doing the job properly. No shortcuts, no rushing, just solid, reliable workmanship.

At really short notice, Nick came out to my mothers house on a Sunday to repair a blown fuse. We were having a big family gathering, both my brothers in law are electricians but neither could identify the fault But Nick found and fixed it in no time at all and for a very fair price. All the electricity in our house was gone after a huge bang and we were in a panic. After phoning around a few electricians it was Nick who calmly stated he could get to us within half an hour. He was straightforward, great at explaining our predicament and fixed it in under an hour, with no messing around (which we’ve often experienced with blokes fixing houses),we are very grateful to him and highly recommend ringing him in an emergency or otherwise!
