Darren was helpful, knowledgeable and personable throughout the process from site-survey (free) to completed job. He listened keenly to what we wanted - advised accordingly - and then delivered in timely fashion on the quote he provided. Not only was the resulting parquet floor of the highest standard - Darren was also a pleasure to be around whilst he carried the work out. Put simply: if you need a floor, he’s your man, I honestly couldn't recommend more!

Darren has done the flooring in two entire houses for us in the past three years. Carpets, click LVT and glue down LVT including herringbone. All of it to a great standard, and very reliable, fantastic knowledge that can be relied on, we’ve always been very happy especially comparing it to other people’s works that we’ve seen in friends houses who used someone else. We find it hard to find good tradesmen these days and can highly recommend Darren!

Darren was very punctual and turned up when he said he would. Lovely guy to chat to and his work was completed to a very high standard. He was very tidy and cleaned up as he went. Would most definitely use him again and would definitely recommend him! Nothing was too much trouble.

Darren is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. (Hence why we have had him back as we used him last year too!) He is responsive, will provide a quote and stick to that agreed price (unless something has changed throughout job and he will clarify if the quote will change). I had LVT floorboards fitted in my living room and dining room. I love the look of the finished product, and the fitting was excellent, neat, and well done all round. The product itself was explained to me really well, as well as the process of laying ply over the existing Victorian wood boards to create an even surface, securing the new boards, and how to look after the floor in future. The quality of the boards themselves is great and the fitting is flawless even despite how wonky the walls and skirts of my house can be. Would really recommend! Clearly very knowledgeable.
