Just awful. Ruined my floor with major cuts in it and just filled it in instead of simply changing the wood for a piece that didn’t have a big gash in it. Paid premium price for a floor and fitting for it to be totally ruined and filled in. You have a beautiful flooring installation. The floor you chose is a Rustic grade with knots and filler. Filler was applied at the factory not by me. The floor is still covered with a 25 year manufactures guarantee. Gary did not damage the flooring.
