  AT Group provided amazing service from Katie in the office who dealt with the first enquiry to Will who was amazing when he attended to service our boiler very efficient polite and did an excellent job would definitely recommend

  Locating and fixing a leak.

  I contacted the AT Group for a suspected water leak. The person I spoke to on the phone to arrange the plumber was very friendly and helpful. The plumber who arrived located the problem quickly ( a leaking water pipe under my kitchen floor), and had it sorted in no time. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. Very reasonable price too. Thank you!

  Radiator removal

  George arrived promptly, was very nice and thorough, completed the job in under an hour and cleaned up after himself and was patient with every question I asked. Would highly recommend

  Faulty radiator valve caused a major leak that was threatening to come through the ceiling below

  George diagnosed the problem immediately and the valve was fitted quickly, efficiently and without mess. CH system was tested and worked well.

  Fixing a problem with the hot water supply to our shower

  Investigations in to the problem with our shower did go on for a while but AT did not put us under any pressure to pay for anything until the issue was sorted to our satisfaction. Once George came to the job a solution was found and George did a great job to resolve the issue. he was great helpful, clean, efficient and polite at all times. AT quoted for the original job and stuck to it, again they didn't invoice us until the job was complete
