  Locating and fixing a leak.

  I contacted the AT Group for a suspected water leak. The person I spoke to on the phone to arrange the plumber was very friendly and helpful. The plumber who arrived located the problem quickly ( a leaking water pipe under my kitchen floor), and had it sorted in no time. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. Very reasonable price too. Thank you!

  Radiator removal

  George arrived promptly, was very nice and thorough, completed the job in under an hour and cleaned up after himself and was patient with every question I asked. Would highly recommend

  Faulty radiator valve caused a major leak that was threatening to come through the ceiling below

  George diagnosed the problem immediately and the valve was fitted quickly, efficiently and without mess. CH system was tested and worked well.

  Fixing a problem with the hot water supply to our shower

  Investigations in to the problem with our shower did go on for a while but AT did not put us under any pressure to pay for anything until the issue was sorted to our satisfaction. Once George came to the job a solution was found and George did a great job to resolve the issue. he was great helpful, clean, efficient and polite at all times. AT quoted for the original job and stuck to it, again they didn't invoice us until the job was complete

  Toilet blocked

  The lady called me very quickly after putting my job forward on the App. A very nice lady. I was booked in for the Thursday b4 bank holiday. I had to Chase the job up as no one turned up at time arranged, I was told they was held up on another job but will be with me within the next two hours. Which came and went no one turned up, I had to chase up again to be told they wouldn't be able to get to me and could they re schedule for Tues after Easter holidays. if they had been honest in the beginning I could have called someone else. They left it too late for me to do anything.
