Professional service, very efficient, the team respond quickly, they are also well organised, very capable of explaining the challenge anticipated due to complexity of the building construct, and devise a plan that works well with minimal disruption to the existing circuit or pipeline as well as any other hardware, their charging appears to reflect truly based on the equipment retail price, plus the manual effort and additional material cost. Team came for servicing, air-con was not working properly, not blowing cold air and when switched on had a foul smell. Engineers explained exactly what is to be done and parts needed replacing.
