It has been over a year since the client paid the final invoice and agreed that the snagging list had been completed so we are mystified as to why they have now, over a year later suddenly sent in this review. In regards to the delays, unfortunately two family deaths in our team occurred during the work which understandably delayed the work. The decision not to remove the bricks left at floor level in the chimney breast was agreed with your husband and this was why a plinth was built to cover the bricks. This was not raised as an issue at the time and if it had been then it would’ve been resolved to satisfy your needs.
