Got up on Sunday at 3am to find water coming through the flat roof. Requested a roofer at about 3.30a. Received three enquiries by 9.30am. James from Astra Roofing arrived on Monday morning. Came around on Wednesday and fixed the problem. Really pleased with the response and the fact James did what he said he would do when he said he would. Excellent service

Astra contacted me within 10 minutes of the job being posted. They came the next day to view the job and quote. After we accepted the quote we were told that, due to bad weather forecasted, the job could not be done for 3 days. We were more than happy with that as we expected the wait to be longer. Astra arrived on the booked day before 9am and commenced work immediately. We were kept informed all through the job and the work was completed by lunchtime. Everything was tidied up and we are very pleased with the job.

We had a great experience with James and his team, excellent communication throughout, worked non stop over the 2 days and fantastic quote well below others too. Even repointed our chimney at no extra cost, highly recommended and would not go anywhere else in future.

James responded straight away on the Monday morning and came round to look at the damage and provide a quote. He even got up on the roof on the initial visit to assess the damage properly. He came back within 48 hours to complete the job. Very nice man and super reliable.
