Quick and effective.

The team from Astral took (what was expected to be straightforward ‘remove and replace’ job) unforeseen problems in their stride, finding the previous drainage effort was leaking sewage into the ground. A further challenge was fitting a new inspection chamber between two, solid, utility pipes. Everything was achieved to a good standard, including removal of spoil, in 5 hours.

This is a brilliant company. All the work carried out, from thorough investigation to expertly repaired and relined drains, was done with a wish to get everything right and was accomplished. All the work was clearly explained and quoted for. The men were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and very polite and courteous. Honestly can’t praise them highly enough, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I liked the communication, politeness and quality of the work done. I particularly liked that Astral came and looked at the problem, including carrying out a camera survey, without cost or commitment on my part, unlike some other companies I contacted.

After carrying out a very comprehensive survey on a drain problem they produced an honest and detailed report. We agreed to the works, and arranged a date at our convenience. The team arrived on time and worked very hard in difficult weather conditions remaining courteous and helpful. The work was completed to the highest standard, checked and signed off. The site was left in the tidiest condition possible after digging a big hole in muddy conditions. We would recommend Astral with 100% confidence.
