We are very happy with Astral Security Windows service, from the initial assessment and quote, to survey and installation. Everything done professionally, on time and to high standards. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We will use them again.

This is the second occasion where we have used Astral Windows -in this instance to design and install two large bay windows on a 1930's Blay house in Raynes Park. They are a very professional company who never used pressure sales techniques to push their products. Their two man team did a very good job of installing the windows quickly and efficiently and tidied up the rooms after them. As a Chartered Engineer, I would definitely buy from Astral Windows again should the occasion arise.

Contacted a local window company (Astral) to supply and fit a glazed porch. Mr Marley attended and measured the space at the same time we were having our drive and front steps replaced. Drawings were created whilst keeping in touch with the builder so that both the porch and driveway could be completed simultaneously. Final drawings and exact measurements were made and the fitting team completed the job. Great job by all concerned. Highly recommended.

Astral is your choice if you can: - extend your project time from 4-week to 3.5 months - ⁠be patient to send email constantly to chase - ⁠accept seemingly exist customer service. Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. What was supposed to be a 4-week job dragged on for three and a half months — nothing but empty promises and constant delays. Sales team? Completely unresponsive. I had to chase them endlessly just to get a single reply. An excellent service and outcome. We say where we had a leaky condervatory we now have a dining room. As a result of careful insulation by Astral the room is much cooler in hot weather and we expect easier to heat in winter, just as predicted by the firm. The men came and went each day and worked away behind a partition so there was no interuption to our activities during the two weeks. The roofers were a good team and seemed to enjoy their job which is always a good observation for the customer. A top team and very tidy in all their activities. I have recomended Astral to all our neighbours.
