Came to seal a flat roof, still think I paid over the odds as the stuff used was much cheaper online. They were going to pressure wash the roof but didn't bring a pressure washer as they saw one in the garage, couldn't use as they couldn't get a hose pipe to reach the area. Surely craftspeople should be able to do that! They had to clean the area manually using my sweeping brushes, asked for towels to dry the area, burned a bush during the work. They returned to finish off when I was out and promised to return to put my garden pots back, and collect the paint, they didnt!Verified reviewerJob location: S25
