  Garage swap asbestos roof for felt.

  Sam replaced an asbestos garage roof for a board and felted roof. He also re-felted a porch roof. Definitely recommended, clearly competent. Good comms and turned up when he said he would. I took the asbestos to the tip to save money, but he would have done it if asked. I’ll have him back for the next job.

  Roof firewall repair

  Sam did a first class job in sorting out damage to a roof firewall, installed new lead, primed and refelted and rebedded loose ridge tiles. Very happy with the work done and would certainly recommend Sam’s exceptional skill and knowledge for any roofing work/repairs. Sam is also really amicable, friendly and very professional in his work. We are very grateful to him for doing such an excellent job.

  Expert and professional

  Sam and his team are really expert and did a high-quality professional job. We have a very quirky house in Kemptown. We did not expect to have to replace the roof, when having the outside of the house redecorated. Sam found a solution which allowed us to use our existing tiles which he relaid. Not a straightforward job, but we're very happy with the result.

  Replacement of one quadrant of roof and rdepair to a second quadrant of the roof

  Excellent work by professional, considerate and efficient workmen, the owner and his apprentice. From start - assessing extent of work, sending estimates with full description, informing me of start date and likely length of time to achieve the necessary work and explanation of the work - to finish - completion of the excellent job - Sam Kelly has been true to his word. Heartily recommended.

  Leak in roof from boiler flue

  Sam very friendly and was quick to assess the issue and to suggest a plan. The quote was very reasonable and his completion of the job was quick and without issues or extra costs. I would highly recommend AStar and would definitely use them again.
