    Leak detection and repair

    Adrian did a fantastic job at locating the leak, which was coming from two different sources. He repaired underground pipes inside and also fitted a new drain outside. He was professional, with good communication. The job was completed to a high standard, with the work area cleared at the end, and we would definitely recommend and use Adrian again.

    Repair pipe work and replace boxing in and bath panel

    Hired A* Drainage & Plumbing Ltd in Aug 2025 for bathroom works. The plumber missed appointments, leaving my tenants — a young family — without a bath. His assistant was rude and cancelled visits without reason, causing confusion. When finished, the quality was awful: poor sealant, gaps, and rough boxing-in. A leak later caused damage to my flat and the one below. He fixed the leak, but the finish remains substandard. Would not recommend.

    Excellent in every respect . In addition to replacing tap unit , removed waste disposal unit , replaced shower and fitted new flushing mechanism in toilet . Was here from 10.15am until 5.45pm . Great attitude . Took all old parts , packaging etc away with him. Nothing too much trouble .

    Absolutely fabulous! Adrian was so lovely and came out early to help us out. More than reasonably priced and very efficient. Definitely recommend and will ask him to do future work for us in the future!
