The operative kept in touch prior to the appointment and turned up on time. He was polite and professional at all times. Took care in my property and had one of the top cleaning machines available. The work was carried in a timely manner. The results spoke for themselves.

Jules ‘A star’ business name was totally apt in every way! … from his communication to the end result he was professional, sincere & such a lovely guy! My carpets all look brand new again, I’m delighted & I can’t recommend Jules highly enough.

Had Jules round to clean our 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs — and he did a fantastic job! The carpets came up so well, I didn’t expect them to look this good again. He really brought them back to life. Jules was really easy to talk to, super friendly and clearly knows what he’s doing. He worked efficiently, no mess, no fuss, just got on with it and delivered great results. Top bloke and top service — we’ll definitely be using him again!

We had three years of dirty dogs and puppy accidents on the carpets. Pale grey carpets ended up filthy but after a couple of hours we now have perfect carpets again. Great communication, puntual and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be booking again for next year for a refresh. Thanks so much.

So please with the work, it was a big job which was completed extremely well and all in a day, he worked very hard. Our home is a busy one with four messy children but all carpets and sofa looked new again which is quite an achievement. We will 100% recommend and use again.

Jules was a great person to work with. He was very quick to respond to my enquiry and communication about things was excellent with a convenient date on our terms. He did a great job and worked his socks off to get the best finish. There were a couple of nasty stains and he managed to get the carpet to a nearly new finish which was a fantastic outcome.
