Contacted Assured Roofcare and explained the problem, Dave came round to see very quickly and with the aid of a drone was able to show me pictures of the pointing which appeared to be letting in rainwater. Having received his quote, he then arranged for scaffolding to arrive and subsequently repointed everywhere that needed doing including replacing the cement cover over the top of the chimney. All in all a very satisfactory result, hopefully all now watertight, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others

Dave came and quoted the next day and was able to come and fix everything the next week. He did a great job of repairing our roof where multiple tiles had slipped and fixed a missing brick on the chimney. Really friendly and communicated well prior to the job.
