Excellent service from Nathan, turned up as communicated, pointed out that we would have to replace the whole toilet due to hairline cracks in the cistern. Sourced a great replacement, worked carried out to high level.

Nathan did truly save us! First of all, Our previous bathroom fitter did not communicate with us at all, the work he started was unacceptable and not fit for purpose. Then came Nathan ,you literally saved us, he had to redo all the work the first fitter did as it was below safety and standard. He understood that we was left with no working bathroom so he made the time for us to be a priority. His communication was amazing, if we had any questions we could contact him anytime and he was open and honest with his responses on what would work and wouldn't. We are so grateful, thank you so much!!

I have used Assured Plumbing several times now and I have received a top service from start to finish, i highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. Assured Plumbing explained what the job entailed and how it was going to be resolved. With the price of the products I needed Assured Plumbing didn't just show me the expensive products, they showed me a different range and explained the difference with them. Nathan was very professional and helpful when we had a problem finding and stopping a leak in our bathroom. He was quick to communicate when we reached out, came round the next day and was able to sort us out. He was very friendly, providing tips and advice whilst working and his charges were very reasonable. Great to have a tradesman you can trust and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
