  I had no heat or hot water during the recent cold spell. I found Luke via Checkatrade and as he had such good reviews I contacted him. He came that evening and found and resolved the problem with no fuss. Excellent service, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and job was completed quickly. Highly recommended
