  Luke communicated and kept us informed as to when they would arrive. He was polite and respectful. The boiler was serviced and problem in the airing cupboard was resolved in the same visit. Boiler certificate was emailed to me. As we liked Luke we have asked him to replace taps in our bathrooms.

  I was contacted very quickly after posting my job details. A date and time was agreed and Assured Plumbing and Heating arrived bang on time, was polite, friendly and carried out the service to my satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending should the opportunity arrive.
