Job location: SS15I work with Assured Heating Essex 10 years+. Their prices are very reasonable and appointments are reliable. I like the fact that Lee steps in when there is any issue and do his best to help. It gives me a piece of mind when I work with them.- SSandra D

Assured Heating fitted a new oil boiler to replace an aging and leaky one and a power flush of the system. From start to finish they were excellent. We had quotes from other companies but they stood out from the rest. They kept me well informed of when they were coming and what would be happening. Lee came out to quote and explained it all so well. Josh the fitter was great, and worked so hard for 2 days and dealt with any issues that arose without fuss, as did the other engineers that came too. Everything left clean and tidy. I recently had a new boiler installed and was very pleased with the service. The installer was polite, friendly, and professional throughout. He took care to protect the carpets and left the house neat and tidy before leaving. The boiler works well, and I’m happy with both the quality of the work and the price. Assured heating came to install Aircon-the first day of the team talked through the plan, took feedback and replanned based on what worked for us. The team were always respectful, clean & tidy. At Assured Heating Essex we specialise in gas and oil heating systems that are energy-efficient, reliable and are value for money.
We are fully qualified to install and maintain any boiler type using quality heating supplies and we currently perform over 250 boilers installations per year in the local area.
We are accredited with Worcester Bosch, Viessmann boilers, Vaillant boilers, Glow-worm boilers and ATAG boilers. We are Gas Safe registered and are Oftec oil registered installers.
We have engineers that specialise in boiler installation, we also have engineers that specialise in system repairs. We believe different engineers have different strengths, an installation engineer is not necessarily going to know the common faults of a 15 year old boiler! We have a team of engineers that are experts in their own field.
We are proud of our reputation for meeting the needs of our customers while staying true to our principles of delivering the highest standards of customer service, based upon the core tenets of trustworthiness, professionalism, reliability and value for money. We have an office based in Rettendon, which is staffed Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm so feel free to pop down to see us!
