  From their first visit to survey and quote, the service from Alex and Shawn has been fantastic - helpful explanations, and no doing work that didn't need doing (my job turned out to be easier than expected). Flooded drive, replacement manhole and new drain for outside tap all sorted with great humour. Thank you chaps!

  Shower drain smell in the bathroom.

  We booked a service for a bad smell in our bathroom, but when the gentleman arrived, he explained that we had booked the wrong service and would normally need a plumber. Instead of leaving, he took the time to properly inspect our shower and identified the real issue — a MISSING SEAL on the shower plug. His honest advice saved us a lot of money, and he didn’t charge us anything. We bought the seal, fitted it to the inside shower plug and the problem was solved immediately. Excellent service, professionalism, and integrity. Highly recommended.

  Contacted this company after seeing their advert in local newsletter and checking reviews. Am so impressed with them. Had a nasty smell above drains in garden and in shower and after contacting them Alex was with me within 2 hours. He checked thoroughly jn bathrooms and deciphered the problems immediately cleared out muck where necessary. He also used cctv to show where blockage was and found another manhole covers I was unaware of. Alex was professional, polite and explained everything to me beforehand. I Highly recommend Assure Drainage and will definitely use them again.
