  Roof leaks are a huge worry. Simon did the initial survey and was reassuring, knowledgeable, friendly and professional, (even suggesting a fix for loft condensation that we could do ourselves) and quickly followed up with a very detailed quote. From initial contact to work completion to a high standard took just under 2 weeks. Luke and his colleague who did the work were friendly, kept us informed and regularly updated us on progress. They left the area clean and tidy and ensured we were happy with the work before they left. We would highly recommend Associates Roofing, thank you guys! Rich and Terri.

  This was the third time our family has used this company, indeed as we were repeat customers they agreed to travel an hour away from their usual patch - their customer service is second to none so far as we are concerned. The work was done on time, to price, very professionally and by a friendly, mature team who were a pleasure to have at the house.

  To replace broken roof tiles and roof felt to stop water getting into my loft.

  The team replaced the broken roof tiles. They responded quickly to my initial query, coming to site to provide a quote . The work was done quickly and cleanly. The positive and professional attitude shown by the team was refreshing and very welcome. I would use them again without hesitation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  To remove old mineral felt from a pitched roof on a scout hut and replace with Rubberbond EPDM.

  ARP were tasked to replace an old leaking felt roof on a scout hut built in 1948. Mark and Simon inspected the job and submitted a quotation for various options. Craig and Stuart arrived punctually for 6 days and worked tirelessly in hot weather to remove the old felt which was well stuck to the decking. The replacement material was applied in sections and finished off with new wooden fascia and PVC trim. The site was tidied up on the last day by Stan and all the old felt removed from site. We are very pleased with the work of Associated Roofing Partneships and would recommend them.

  Roof repairs and vent installation

  We’re very happy with the service provided by Simon and his team. We had some minor work to be done but a lot of timing constraints at our end. Simon listened to our needs, was flexible, and managed to arrange the work to fit the schedule. His roofers were polite, fast-working, and have done a neat job for a fair price. We’d have no hesitation to ask Associates to do any other roofing work for us.
