We had a fantastic experience with Associated Arborists. Shane’s attention to detail and skill were evident from the start—they handled every tree with care and precision. Not only was the work top-quality, but they were also friendly, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process. They even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things we hadn’t expected. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who really knows their craft and takes pride in their work!

Shane visited when he said he would to look at the job before giving me a very competitive quote. I found him to be an honest and trustworthy person from our first meet and throughout the job. On the day of work, he arrived on time to trim overgrown hedges in my garden, he did the work as required and took away all the mess leaving the garden tidy. He also gave me some maintenance advice until the next trim. I've already booked him for the next trim and other garden work in a few months time.

Shane came over to look at some dangerous trees in my garden. We arranged a date on a weekend which suited me, he came round, sorted out the trees, chipped on site straight into the back of his motor, and off he went. So happy with how my garden was left tidy and his professionalism from the start.

Shane and his team worked like clockwork the whole time, from initial contact to sending the invoice I can’t fault them. Will use in the future and recommend.
