The second time I've used Assist and I can't fault them for anything. Speedy reply to initial query, a reasonable quote and turned up promptly. The work was reviewed and turned out to be both easier and cheaper than we anticipated. Assist really go the extra mile and won't leave until both they and the client are happy with the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Discussed the lock issue by phone and provided photographs. Booked appointment for the following day. Arrived promptly, was a slightly more complicated replacement job than initially thought. The work was professionally carried out and area left clean and tidy afterwards. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my UPVC front door lock whereby when locking, the lock would be so difficult to unlock I nearly broke 2 keys and was worried I may actually get locked in/ out of the house. I found Karen on the MLA website and gave her a call. After exchanging a few photos of the troublesome door and lock a suitable appointment was booked. Karen turned up as arranged and quickly identified the problem. She explained in detail the issue and what she was doing to rectify it. Karen is very knowledgable and her service was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend.
