Tom dealt with our new bathroom which was a complete refit. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we found Tom was good at keeping us up to date and explaining what happens next. He supplied everything we wanted and gave us good advise where is experience and trade expertise were crucial. The job was carried out very professionally and the place was always clean and tidy when the days work was completed. We are absolutely delighted with the new bathroom and would fully recommend Tom for any work to be caried out. This man was honest and trustworthy. Fully recommended.

I had a complete bathroom remodel. It required a full gut out, change of layout, plastering, change of electrical points and plumbing points etc. Tom throughout was very polite and gave great advice. As a customer I wanted: an accurate quote, timeliness, good communication, flexibility with any change in scope, accurate timescales of completion and trust - Tom provided all of this in abundance.
