I contacted the team online on the Thursday evening, knowing the back door handle was about to fail. They replied immediately and arranged to come to us the next morning. They arrived on time, repaired the handle, advised on door maintenance, were tidy and extremely helpful. We have been so impressed by the service and will definitely use this company again for future replacement or repair work.

Back door fitted in 2021 needed slight adjustment. They were able to carry out the repair quickly and free of charge under warranty.

The friendly Aspect team are clearly highly skilled craftsmen. They worked very cleanly, clearing up the dust and debris as they went. With a keen eye for detail, the finished works were probably as close to perfection as they could be. A company who did what they said they would do when they said they would do it! More recently, Aspect Home Improvements came to my aid when my kitchen door jammed. They came the same afternoon and adjusted the hinges. It now operates perfectly! I cannot recommend Aspect Home Improvements Highly enough.
