  Unblocking pipes for the toilet

  Very responsive as soon as I requested a quote, they got back to me within 10 mins and asked further details, explained what the costings would be and got booked in for the next day. The costings were explained again on arrival the next day and after it was apparent the toilet wasn't able to unblocked directly work began on drilling a hole in the piping of the soil stack and clearing out the blockage. Really professional job and each step explained to me.

  Drainage inspection

  We booked Aspect Drainage to inspect the drainage on a property we were in the process of purchasing so had to drive an hour to the house to meet them as arranged, between 10-12, but they didn’t turn up till well after 13:30. They also didn’t notify us they were going to be late till well after they knew, so we and the sellers were left hanging around for hours waiting. Once they arrived they were very helpful and professional, and completed the job well. It’s just a shame about the poor communication and punctuality.

  Had an ongoing problem with our drains, great service provided by Aspect to investigate the problem and help us to resolve the issue. Very friendly and professional engineers visited us this morning.

  Really friendly and professional service from the phone call to book in the work to the guys that come out to the job. They called half an hour before they arrived. Arrived on time. Clean work tidying up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company and should I ever have a drain issue again will definitely e using this company.
