James was outstanding reliable and honest. Excellent quality of work couldn’t fault anything.

I was very impressed at the way Aspect Biulds and Maintenance responded to our brief and in a timely manner. They showed good knowledge of what would be required to complete the task and were sympathetic to our ideas. Unfortunately the insurance company decided to go with a second quote that we were asked to provide which was less expensive. I have no doubt that this company would’ve done an excellent job had they been appointed.

I reached out to the team asking for someone to install a Kitchen Island. They responded promptly with a quote and a pill’s start date. Once committed they again contacted me advising of who and when they would be turning up. Arrived exactly as planned, got the job done to a high standard and we are very happy with the results. Would recommend and use again

James is so approachable and friendly. He efficiently repaired the leak from the flat roof that was caused by a poor job done by another trade. We have no problem ever since and James is our go-to for any necessary building work. Thank you!

Very happy with the professionalism of the lads that done some work for me , great prices, happy with the finish of my kitchen and they were very quick at getting it done , will be using again to have more work done 10/10
