Replied quickly after my post. Came same day, at the weekend. Identified why our oven had died, had the replacement part already and did the replacement quickly. Very professional. Took about 90 mins in total.

Alan did a great job at repairing our Neff oven which wasn’t heating up. He came round the very next day, identified the fault quickly and remedied it straight away. (Because he’s a cooker specialist he carries many spare parts with him, so no need to send for a part and make a second visit.) His communication was excellent in making the appointment and confirming it by text. His service is reasonably priced and he was up front about costs at the outset when I booked the appointment. Plus, he cleaned a cranny in the oven that I’d found impossible to get at. Efficient, professional and friendly

Alan was quick to respond, identified the issue and then fixed the problem with my IKEA fan oven, all in one visit. He was also extremely helpful in advising on how to get other parts I needed. Highly recommended.

Alan kindly replaced our Siemens oven element and fan motor. He was carrying both parts in his van so only one call out charge. Very pleased with the job which did not take long. We will recommend him. Thanks Alan
