  Mistakes happen.

  What a nice guy. I made a mistake and bought the wrong item. He came to fot it and found out my mistake. He said he would get the correct item. Three days later all sorted. No fuss.

  Richard and a young man came to fix the getting element in my oven. Richard was professional, prompt, open and honest about everything. I'd absolutely go back there if I have any electrical troubles! Not only did they help quickly as I have children, Richard also helped and advised me afterwards which is amazing! I would highly recommend Richard and his team. Outstanding service, outstanding kindness and professionalism!
