Our drain in our garage had a blockage and wasn’t draining. ASL operatives used cctv to check our drains and the blockage was cleared. We also had cracks in a section of pipe so ASL carried out additional works to insert a liner and block off a redundant pipe. All the works were explained to us and work carried out efficiently.

Excellent service. They arrived within the time agreed, were very polite and explained clearly what they had done. They left the bathroom where the pump chambers are located clean and tidy.

The work was attended to rapidly and the team was prompt on the day. The pipe condition was very poor but a good result was obtained. They worked hard to get the best finish possible given the state of the pipe and I was impressed with the final result. All was explained as we went along. The cost was as per the estimate. The team of 2 were professional and friendly and left a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

ASL came to my house to unblock a drain and inspect the general state of the drains. The engineer was Jed and he was very professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job and gave recommendations how to look after the drainage system.

My first time with a drain issue and I was not sure where to turn. I read the reviews about ALS and thought I’d give them a go. I experienced a positive impression when I called to book an appointment. Having read about Darren in the reviews I was encouraged when it was Darren who showed up. Within minutes he had diagnosed the issue and was preparing to clear the blocked drain. It was that fast and we were back to normal. Full marks to Darren for his skill and prompt response. I also highly rate ASL. The van was fully equipped neat and tidy. They are now my 4th emergency service.
