All, we would just like to thank you all for such a great service, which you provided during the installation of both our Solar and Thermal Panels as well as the R290 Heat Pump and new hot water tank. Your employees were brilliant, especially Adam the Plumber who spent 4 days at our house ,and his work ethic was brilliant, especially when it came to cleaning up! What a great company to deal with. Everything was explained clearly any questions were answered honestly. No big sales push just to sell me a solar system Adam explained what I needed to get the right set up for my home. Claire was always on the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. The fitters were a credit to the company they went above and beyond arriving as promised and sorted out a bracket issue having to drive 20 miles each way to get them. (I am sure all coffee I supplied helped) leaving no mess at all and explaining clearly how the system worked on the app. Well done

As in previous reviews Ask Renewable receives top marks in all aspects of work. My Solar hot water system had been left high and dry by another company when they installed a Heat Exchanger system and left my existing Solar Hot water system unusable even after two attempts by them to fix it. Dan the Solar Engineer from Ask Renewables discovered what the problem was within 10 minutes of arriving, fixed it, recharged the system and had it running smoothly in no time. I wish I'd known this company were able to do this kind of work before having the Heat Exchanger installed.

Everything was carried out with professionalism and every member of staff, solar panel installers, electricians and the surveyor were pleasant, approachable and easy to have in and around our home. The office communication was quick, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
