Although Alan was unable as yet, to track down the exact lock needed for my vintage door, he went to great lengths to try. He came with 2 he had purchased and spent a while trying. Very good man. Quick response too. Recommend

Excellent service. I left a message and got a call back on the same day, explained the situation and was booked in for the lock to be changed a couple of days later on Monday of the following week. I was told the price up-front, which was very reasonable. Locksmith arrived bang on time and completed the work within 20 minutes. Very polite, engaging, knowledgeable and efficient! I will use him again 👍🏻

Replacement lock on a historic wood door, the replacement lock was metric whilst the removed lock was imperial meaning very slight differences in size , which required careful fitting to the door to prevent damage. The removed lock had been in many years and was tight, which again needed particular care to remove and not damage the door. All work carried out efficiently and effectively.
